Information we collect
This website does not ask you to create an account. We do not use cookies, advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.
If you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter (your name, email address, optional phone number, topic, and comments). It is emailed to the LVRS members who handle that topic and used only to respond to you. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Like all websites, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your internet (IP) address, browser type, and the pages you requested. This information is used only to operate and secure the website.
Email and phone
If you email, call, or use the contact form, we use the information you give us only to respond to you. Regular email is not secure, so please do not send medical or other sensitive information by email unless it is encrypted. See our Billing page for how to request medical records securely.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other organizations, such as our donation processor (Zeffy), the Maryland Firefighters 50/50 Raffle, and Facebook. When you leave our website, the other website’s privacy policy applies, not this one.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
